Introduction

Adesso has a self-service option if you use QuickBooks. Follow these instructions on how to connect your QuickBooks data with Adesso AI.

Instructions

1. Navigate to https://app.adessoai.com
2. Click Connect to QuickBooks.
3. Click the drop-down arrow.
4. Select Darth's Donuts.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Connect.
7. Deselect the Customer(s) you do NOT want to import into Adesso.
8. Once you have your desired Customers selected for import, click Save and Continue.
9. Deselect the Product(s) you do NOT want to import into Adesso.
10. To update the Units Per Count, click the box.
11. You can use the up/down arrows or enter the number to make a change.
12. Select the Unit of Measure from the drop-down list. This will be the same measurement found on your invoices.
13. Continue working left to right, filling in the columns to match your invoices:
    1. Unit of Measure Price
    2. Item UPC (UPC of the item that gets scanned in stores)
    3. UNFI West Codes (codes used on UNFI invoices that will need to be linked back to products in Adesso)
    4. UNFI East Codes (codes used on UNFI invoices that will need to be linked back to products in Adesso)
14. Once you have updated the Products selected for import, click Save and Continue.
15. Categorize the QuickBooks accounts to the Adesso GL Categories.
    1. Drag and drop the QuickBooks Account to the Adesso GL Category.
    2. Are you unsure how to match your QuickBooks accounts to the Adesso GL Categories? We've got examples for you.
16. Once you have finished categorizing your QuickBook Accounts to the correct Adesso GL Categories, click Save and Complete.
