Introduction
The GL Code Template is used to create a resolution hierarchy which provides the structure and reasoning behind resolving any non-trade related deductions. Provide the Deal Type to auto associate the Settlement record to a GL Account.
Instructions
- Download the GL Codes Submission Form.
- Fill out the above file to share general ledger code information.
- Use the Adesso GL Categories Defined spreadsheet to help you assign codes.
- Return the file to onboarding@adesso.ai.
Sheet Definitions

| ResolutionType | Code for resolution type defined in DictResolution |
| ResolutionGroupName | Organizational Group for Resolutions (Trade, Non-Trade, or Repay) |
| ResolutionCode | Code for the Resolution |
| ResolutionName | Name or Description of the Resolution |
| GLAccountCode | GL Code from your ERP |
| GLAccountName | Descriptive name for the GL Account |
| Deal Item Type | Deal tactic associated with the GL Account. |
