Resolving Common Password Reset Issues
Try these potential solutions when encountering Password Reset issues.
- We send out Password Reset emails from the following email addresses. Please have your IT team whitelist these addresses:
- Open a new Chrome browser and navigate to the Adesso Login Portal.
- Populate the Company & Username fields. If you do not know these values, please reach out to support@adesso.ai.
- Click the Forgotten Password link, then the OK button to confirm a new password has been sent.
- Check your email for the Password Reset email.
- It can take a few minutes to receive the email.
- The email expires after 8 hours.
- Check your spam filter.
- Notify support@adesso.ai if you haven’t received the requested email. We can confirm your email address is correct in the system and forward you a copy of the Password Reset email.
