      Understanding the Information Center

      The Information Center is the first screen you will encounter when you log into Flamingo. It provides an overview of KPIs and daily to-do's for you and anyone who reports to you.

      InformationCenter
      1. Navigation Bar
        • Click the tab in the navigation bar to access that screen. Access filter box from there to search.
      2. Business Code
        • Shows whether you are logged into your production or test site.
      3. Light Bulb Icon
        • Direct link to AdessoU training video that pertains to the particular screen in
          Flamingo.
      4. Help Center Tab
        • Access to all AdessoU training resources from anywhere within Flamingo.
      5. KPI Charts
        • Monitor your key performance indicators right from your Information Center. These are driven by your Smart Dashboard analyses.
      6. Action Items
        • Your daily to-do list, with task alerts specific to your login, displaying Deals,
          Deductions, and/or Check Requests pending your action.
        • Each task includes a hyperlink to navigate directly to the pending task items.
      7. Overview
        • Your team’s trade deliverables, with all system items that require attention, including Deals, Deductions, and/or Check Requests.
        • Click the hyperlinks to drill down into each item.
