Are you seeing too much information in Adesso AI? You can change the fields in the Grid View.
This can be done in the following screens:- Search
- Reports
- Promotions Manager > Planner
- Deductions Manager
- Document Center

- Navigate to app.adessoai.com
- To change your column settings, click the three dots (kebab menu).

- Use Sort Ascending / Sort Descending to determine the order of the column
- information.

- Columns: Lists all the columns available for your view. Check the columns you
- want to view. Uncheck the unnecessary columns.

- Group Column: Select to group the information in your view based on the field
- you are in. In this example, we are grouping by the Customer.

- 7 Click Set Column Position to see this menu:

- Stick Column: Select to stick the column in place. In this example, I clicked Stick
- Column for the Deal#, Deal Item, and Customer columns to see that information
- while scrolling right.
- Unstick Column: Select Unstick Column to return the columns to a movable
- state.

- 9 Move Previous: Move the column one space to the left.
- Move Next: Move the column one space to the right.

- 10 Edit Field: Press the tiny pencil to enable the editing field. Once you make the
- change, you will notice a black triangle in the upper left corner of the field. That
- tells you that the field was edited. Click Save Changes to retain the change.
- 11 Drag and Drop Groups: Drag any header to the upper left corner of the Grid
- View to group on that column.

- 12 Column Width: Move your cursor to the right of the three dots; when you see the
- column width icon, drag your column to the desired length.
